This dessert actually couldn’t be easier! Just build up layers of fruit and Alpro soya chocolate dessert. These can be found in the ‘free from’ section of most supermarkets, next to the gluten-free products. You’d never know they’re animal-free too. Using a glass always makes this dessert look more impressive, even if it’s only a plastic wine glass! It works well with mango, strawberries or even tinned mandarins.
